  • Soybean paste

Cooking Steps

Cut cabbage into 1/4 pieces
Sprinkle with baking soda and sour vinegar
Soak it for about 10 minutes
STEP 2/4
Wash it clean under running water
Put it in a glass bowl
Pour in the water
STEP 3/4
Cover it well in the microwave
