Making Cherry Syrup
Wash the lemon clean and cut it in half to juice it
If you don't have a lemon extractor, scratch the pulp with a fork to juice it

Wash the cherries clean, remove the top, and prepare them
Cut it in half with a knife and remove the seeds

Add cherry, sugar and lemon juice to skillet and simmer gently for 20 minutes over medium heat

When foam rises on top, roll and mash the pulp slightly with a spatula
STEP 5/7
Cool down the boiled cherry syrup and strain it through a sieve to separate the remaining flesh from the syrup

Prepare lemon juice, lemon slice, sparkling water and ice
STEP 7/7
Add 1 tablespoon of cherry flesh and syrup to the bottle and mix well with sparkling water, ice and lemon juice Decorate with mint leaves and lemon slices
