It's better to prepare plenty of fresh vegetables for the sushi rice.
I didn't have lettuce and perilla leaves, so I used salad vegetables.
Cut onions, peppers, and whole garlic into appropriate sizes. I prepared it by putting it in cold water to get rid of Arin's taste.
Please shred the cucumber.
STEP 3/6
Put as many vegetables as you want on the rice.
If you don't have chili peppers and garlic, it's sad. :) They give it to you when you eat raw fish, so make sure to put it in.
