STEP 1/9
Place the leafy vegetables in a bowl. Salsa sauce is made from fresh vegetables and fruits.
STEP 2/9
I often cut paprika and put it in here. Cut all the vegetables in the salsa sauce into small pieces. But don't chop it. Then the texture will disappear.
STEP 3/9
Add cherry tomatoes. If you add paprika or cherry tomatoes in the same color, the colors will be much better to eat with your eyes.
STEP 4/9
Chop the onions and put them in. Don't chop it too much and put it in until it's crunchy.
STEP 5/9
From now on, it's over when you start seasoning. Salsa sauce is surprisingly simple. Of course~~ It would be better to add more, but it is the best taste for salsa sauce using our vegetables. Add plenty of salt, pepper, basil powder, and important olive oil. Add a little honey to this with lime juice. I added maple syrup, but there was nothing sweeter than honey. If you add honey rather than sugar, you can make salsa sauce that everyone likes. Mix it well. And if you keep it cold in the refrigerator, it's very delicious if you leave it on top of the baguette. It tastes like it's aged properly.
STEP 6/9
I already sliced the baguette and brought it. Place the baguette in a heated pan and bake.
STEP 7/9
Place a generous amount of salsa sauce on top of a crispy-baked baguette. It's a delicious brucquet even if you eat it like this.
STEP 8/9
To make it look richer and better, place the octopus slices on top slightly. Then, the octopus bruxketa is complete. It's great for party finger food. It's good to hold one at a time. The shape is pretty, so it's an octopus bruxketa that you can eat to see.
STEP 9/9
This time, it's salmon bruxketa with salmon, not octopus slice. I sliced raw salmon and put it on top. It would have been nicer if they sliced onions and put capers on top.
