First, blanch the frozen seafood slightly. When the seafood is cooked and the shrimp is transparent, rinse in cold water and drain.

Various seafood that drained are prepared. Actually, it's right to use fresh seafood for ceviche. It is traditional to make raw flatfish, salmon, shrimp, etc. with fresh raw fish. But it's not enough to eat raw fish at home, so it's a bit of a waste to use as an appetizer. So I just made a ceviche using frozen seafood. For a party salad ^^

Put a lot of leafy vegetables into the mixing bowl. Add boiled seafood to it.

From now on, it's time to put in the ingredients that you cut into small pieces. Chop the paprika into thick pieces and put it in. You can think of it as a small square cut.

Also, chop the cherry tomatoes into big pieces and put them in. It doesn't matter if you just use tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes.

Chop the important onions and put them in. And then start the liver. Add minced garlic. This is a little bit different from salsa sauce.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with plenty of olive oil. Lastly, sprinkle lime juice or lemon juice to finish the ceviche. It's really simple~~~ You can make ceviche with frozen seafood.

Put the ceviche in the refrigerator and let it ripen cold. It's good to let it ripen for a day. If you make it in advance, store it in the refrigerator, take it out, and set it up, it will be fully ripened.

It's a great and functional seafood ceviche as an appetizer for home parties and gatherings. It would be better if you put the spoon on it and take as much as you want to eat.
