Grilled Enoki Mushroom: Super simple rice side dish and side dis
Hello~ I'm Mongbeihyang :-) Making super simple side dishes using enoki mushrooms! Then should we make it? I referred to Mr. Baek's recipe

Ingredients
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • Butter
    10~15g
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Salt
    1/3~1/2t
  • Scallions
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the bottom of the washed enoki mushrooms and tear them apart.
STEP 2/8
Chop the appropriate amount of chives.
STEP 3/8
Melt the butter and stir-fry the minced garlic
STEP 4/8
Add salt and stir-fry until golden brown.
STEP 5/8
When the garlic is browned, spread out the enoki mushrooms and place them on top.
STEP 6/8
Cook slowly over low heat. (You don't have to flip it over because it's going to get wet on its own.)
STEP 7/8
Place the ripe enoki mushrooms on a plate, stir-fry the chives right away.
STEP 8/8
On top of the enoki mushrooms, make the chopped garlic and green onions ring
