STEP 1/16
Wash the trimmed eel clean and roast it with pepper!
(It's for one person, so you only need one.). I have big hands, so I'm cooking with a lot of fans today (Crying)
STEP 2/16
When you grill eel, grill the skin first
If you cut it too fast with scissors, it'll dry inside
Cook the skin thoroughly and cut it into 3 pieces!
STEP 3/16
Cook it well on the front and back ;)
If it's not fully cooked, it can be fishy, so cook it well enough
STEP 4/16
While the eel is being cooked
I have to make the sauce for the rice with grilled eel!
The sauce I mentioned above
2/3 cups of soy sauce (based on paper cup), 4 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, 1/4 spoons of ginger powder, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 10 whole garlic, 1/3 cups of water (based on paper cup)
Put it all in and bring it to a boil!
STEP 5/16
Boil the garlic until it is fully cooked!
STEP 6/16
Using 3 eggs, make scrambled eggs to put on top of the rice bowl~
You can make it without any sauce!
STEP 7/16
On top of the cooked eel
Put the sauce on top!
Don't pour it all in. Use a ladle or spoon
Bring to a boil over low heat with a little seasoning on top of the eel.
Don't worry about it burning. Add 1/3 cup of water
Cook it as if it's boiled down ~
STEP 8/16
Delicious teriyaki eel is done!
STEP 9/16
I'll slice half an onion in the remaining sauce
Boil the onions until they are cooked!
STEP 10/16
Put the rice in a proper bowl
STEP 11/16
Put scrambled eggs on top!
STEP 12/16
Add boiled onions in the sauce!
STEP 13/16
Cut the eel into pieces and put it on top!
STEP 14/16
Ginger is an essential ingredient in eel over rice!
It would have been better if I sliced ginger and put it on top, but I put it on top because I have liver ginger at home.
STEP 15/16
The garlic in the sauce is cooked like potatoes.
Please post it together!
If you put the chives on top, the rice with eel is really done
STEP 16/16
Just a little bit of sauce. If you mix it with rice, it's delicious
