  • Lettuce

  • Sesame leaf

  • Crunchy red pepper

  • Radish wraps

  • Ssamjang

  • dried seaweed for kimbap

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the vegetables for kimbap
Be ready. I used 1 row of kimbap, 2 lettuce leaves, and 2 perilla leaves.
Cut the cucumber pepper in half vertically
I removed the seeds.
STEP 2/10
Drain the radish and wipe the water slightly with a kitchen towel.
STEP 3/10
Season the rice with salt and sesame oil a little like gimbap.
STEP 4/10
Grill the pork belly, please. Sizzling deliciously grilled pork belly :) Season a little with salt and pepper.

Put some rice on top of the seaweed.

Lettuce on top. - Perilla leaves. - Cucumber pepper. - Pickled radish
I put it up in order.
When I tried it later, this cucumber pepper played a big role. The taste of crunchy peppers enhances the taste of kimbap. Please make sure to put it in. :)

Now put pork belly on top.
It's a bit small, so I'll put two down
I put one more on top.

I put ssamjang on top of it
It got on my hands when I wrapped gimbap.
So I turned it inside out again.
I think it would be better to put the ssamjang first and put the meat on top.

If you cut it with sesame oil instead of gimbap! It's done. :)

It feels like someone who makes pork belly wraps puts lettuce, meat, and rice and puts them in his mouth!
