STEP 1/9
Today's main ingredient.
I'm going to make it with 2 bags of Vienna sausage and 200g of ham.
STEP 2/9
In the case of Richam, it's cut into bite-sized pieces.
One bar of Vienna sausage was cut diagonally. I'm going to make the other 10 letters at the bottom and make it into an octopus shape.
STEP 3/9
Pour water into a skillet and add chopped ham and sausage when it starts to boil.
It is to filter out the bad ingredients in canned ham and sausages first.
STEP 4/9
Add and wait until the water boils again.
STEP 5/9
While ham and sausage boil in hot water, chop onion into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/9
Shake drained sausage and ham to drain from heated pan. Originally, onions should be stir-fried in cooking oil first, but I didn't have much time today, so I stir-fried sausage and ham first.
STEP 7/9
If the water is gone, add ketchup and onions and start frying.
*I think you can add carrots or other vegetables to suit your taste.
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry until ketchup is evenly coated.
STEP 9/9
And take a bite when it's warm!!!!
How about spicy and sweet Vienna sausage ketchup stir-fry?
* You can dip ham and sausage in hot water to remove bad ingredients.
(The same goes for other dishes...!)
* If you add cabbage or carrots, it'll be a nice stir-fried sausage with vegetables, right?
