Preparation of ingredients
Wash the bean sprouts, put them in a strainer, and shake the kimchi slightly in the water to wash them, squeeze the water, and slice them. Remove the intestines of anchovies and put them in the soup pocket with kelp.

Remove anchovies and kelp, add two handfuls of bean sprouts, 1/4 of kimchi, and 1 cup of sour kimchi soup, then cover it and boil it until it is fully cooked.

When kimchi tastes good, add 1T of minced garlic and 2T of soy sauce,

After seasoning with salt,

1/2 chopped green onion, if you like spicy things, add 1/2T of red pepper powder and boil it a little more.

One of the soups that I cook often in the winter is
It's bean sprout kimchi soup.
It's good to relieve your stomach with hangover soup :)

When my body gets cold for some reason,
It reminds you of hot and spicy soup.
When that happens, it's good to make kimchi bean sprout soup like this.
I have a slight cold, but when I cooked and ate the spicy bean sprout kimchi soup, my body melted away.
Be careful not to catch a cold in the cold weather, too cold weather.
