STEP 1/8
Wash the shrimp in water and leave the tail behind
I removed the head and intestines.
You can poke the back 2-3 times with a toothpick and take out the intestines of shrimp.

Season the trimmed shrimp with salt and pepper and leave it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/8
In the meantime, slice the whole garlic and prepare it. Pour olive oil in a pan and add garlic to flavor garlic.

When the garlic is cooked, add the seasoned shrimp
Add 1T of cooking wine and blow away the fishy scent. You can use white wine. :)
STEP 5/8
Cook the shrimp and garlic while frying from time to time to time.
STEP 6/8
When the shrimp is done red, add 1 spoon of butter and mix.
STEP 7/8
Remove from heat when butter is well mixed with shrimp. I have basil powder, so I sprayed it to give it more flavor :) (you can skip it)
STEP 8/8
It took less than 30 minutes to cook garlic butter shrimp
It's done. :)
It tastes better with cooked garlic.
