How to make chili oil super simple and neat
I made chili oil in a simple way. It's cleaner and more convenient because it doesn't stir-fry oil and red pepper powder in a pot. It's done when you boil the oil a little bit. It's chili oil that you need to make spicy dishes when you stir-fry. I avoided it because I was lazy and thought how much I would use it, and I made it easily. It's not an exaggeration to say that it's over with a little bit of oil.

Ingredients
  • grape seed oil
    1cup
  • Red pepper powder
    4TS
  • ginger powder
    1ts
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put the oil in a pot and boil it slightly.
STEP 2/7
Place a coffee filter in a glass bowl and add steamed garlic, ginger powder, and red pepper powder.
STEP 3/7
Mix the powders.
STEP 4/7
When the oil boils, pour the oil little by little into the coffee filter with red pepper powder. (Thank you always, No. 1 who supports me with an apron on.)
STEP 5/7
If you pour a lot at a time, it may boil and overflow, so pour it little by little.
STEP 6/7
As the oil permeates the red pepper powder, the red pepper oil is extracted from the glass bowl.
STEP 7/7
It's doubled, so it's good for a while without worrying about chili oil.
