First, cut the insides of one piece of bread.

Bake in a buttered pan, front and back.

# Mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese each have different roles of taste, so it's best to add both, and if you only add one, I recommend mozzarella!
# Make sure to apply the honey to the edges. That way, 3 slices of bread stick to the grill.
# Make sure to cook over low heat. Don't keep turning it over. Cook one side slowly until golden brown, then turn it over and cook the other side slowly. If you keep turning it upside down, the honey will shake without time to stick the bread on it, and it can be out of shape.
# Cheese toast hardens when it gets cold, so it's better to make it and eat it right away.
# When baking, add 1 piece of butter, bake one side, flip over, add 1 more piece of butter and cook the other side.
