Grilled deodeok
I'm preparing for the Korean cooking skill, and it's a grilled deodeok dish that comes out there. Deodeok is famous in Gangwon-do. It's expensive if you buy it outside, but you can eat it much cheaper if you make it at home. He buys a grill and eats it often.

Cooking Steps

You have to rip off the deodeok skin like you're opening it with a knife. It's sticky, so hurry up and peel it off and put it in salt water to drain the bitter water
Cut the grilled deodeok into 5cm pieces. Don't cut the sides, but just cut the big ones in half. Slices are for deodeoksaengchae.

Wrap it in a clean, disinfected dry dishcloth and roll it out with a rolling pin. If you push too hard, it will crush completely, so it will be crushed and flattened.
