Cooking Steps

Preparation of materials

Cut onion, zucchini, carrot in half and shred
Cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces and shred them
Cutting diagonally

Mixing soybean paste in water
Tip. The salty taste of soybean paste is different.

1. Please omit the anchovy powder when using the broth. The broth just ran out, so I used water and added anchovy powder. 2. Soak the glass noodles in water for at least an hour in advance. It's better to soak it the day before and use it the next day. 3. Please prepare the vegetables according to the refrigerator situation.
