Cooking Steps

Prepare each material.

Cut the pork into 2cm wide pieces, the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, the carrots into thick pieces, and the green onions into slants. Chop Cheongyang red pepper and slice garlic.

Blanch the udon noodles slightly in boiling water to remove the water.

Stir-fry garlic in a heated pan covered with cooking oil, then add pork, cabbage, carrots, udon noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, and Cheongyang red pepper in order and stir-fry them over high heat. Stir-fry chicken teriyaki with seasoning.
