How to make samgyetang with oriental medicine/Samgyetang recipe
Our home's plain samgyetang, which you can enjoy by boiling chicken without ginseng or glutinous rice. I didn't like the soup overflowing out of the pot, so I reduced the heat little by little, so it was a real 100% chicken health soup that I got by boiling it on low heat. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut spicy vegetables into big pieces and put them in a soup bag.
A soup bag used as a spice vegetable pouch when boiling samgyetang or boiling meat. Thanks to the ingredients of the soup and the lid is turned upside down, it never falls into the soup. Whenever I cook soup, I use it well :)
STEP 2/6
Place chicken, spice vegetable pouch, and herbal medicine tea bag in a deep pot, pour plenty of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 3/6
Cover and simmer for 1 hour, reducing heat to medium and removing foam and oil to fully taste.
STEP 4/6
Add the jujube to the milky soup and bring to a boil again.
STEP 5/6
Season with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
