Use a soft brush to clean the abalone.
Especially when you use abalone with the skin
Wipe the skin thoroughly, too.

Put the abalone upside down like the picture
Pour hot water over the skin.
Then it's easy to separate the skin from the flesh.

Add spoon to top of abalone and separate flesh from shell.

Cut the intestines on the abalone with scissors

Remove the teeth from the top part

Cut the abalone into big pieces
Slice the garlic, please.
Put the abalone intestines in a bowl and cut them with scissors.

Put 1 sesame oil and chopped garlic in a pan and stir-fry them for 1 minute

Add the abalone intestines and stir-fry them together

Add 1.5 bowls of rice, 1 soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir-fry them evenly.

When the rice is all fried
Lastly, add the sliced abalone
Once the abalone is cooked, it's done!
You have to stir-fry the abalone at the end so that it doesn't get tough.

Abalone fried rice is done
Make sure to put the intestines in the fried rice.
That way, it's much more savory.
Please use the intestines when it is a fresh abalone.
