STEP 1/7
You can peel sweet potatoes or use them with a brush to wipe them clean. Cut into 0.5cm-0.7cm thick slices and cook just half-cooked as if blanching in boiling water.
STEP 2/7
Place bacon in a frying pan with olive oil and cook over low heat, slowly drain, then place on a paper towel and chop with a knife.
STEP 3/7
If the surface of the Lazania pasta says to boil, start after boiling. I used the dry Lazania noodles right away, using the noodles that I could put right in the oven container without having to boil them.
1. I'll put it on the floor
2. I put on tomato sauce
3. Put the blanched sweet potatoes on top
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese
STEP 4/7
Repeat step 3 two more times,
Lastly, sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly.
STEP 5/7
Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper
STEP 6/7
Cook in the preheated oven for an hour.
If you microwave it, don't cover it, cut it off every 3 minutes and turn it about 3 times, and it will cook, but it depends on the microwave output, so please check it every 3 minutes.
STEP 7/7
I put it in the oven before picking up the kids from school and came back, and it was done.
1. The bottom of the glass pan was round, so the hard Rajania pasta kept sliding into the middle, so I used an angled metal pan and the glass pan as a cover instead of foil, but the edge was a bit burnt. If you use a metal fan, you can reduce the time by about 10 minutes.
2. If it's not for young children to eat, you can remove the cheese layer in the middle and sprinkle chopped kimchi and peppers. If you add kimchi without removing any cheese layer, it can be salty.
