You can add anchovy kelp stock, but I just replaced it with a natural seasoning. Instead of anchovy kelp stock, I just added water.

Add plum juice, minced garlic, green onions, and sesame seeds, and boil them down over medium heat until they are self-made.

The soup was almost gone and I became self-sufficient. It's complete with the scent of perilla oil. At first, boil it down on medium heat, and then move it to low heat to boil it down.

Mature kimchi solution!!! It's done. It is a rice thief aged jijijim that gives a savory, sour, and sweet taste.
