STEP 1/7
Today's main ingredient is seaweed.
Please prepare a comfortable bowl for the seaweed.
STEP 2/7
Isn't it too small for the standard? Take out the amount that you want.
I cut it once with scissors while it was dry.
STEP 3/7
You can soak the seaweed in water so that it can be soaked.
* I was called for about 30 minutes.
STEP 4/7
After 30 minutes, cut the sufficiently soaked seaweed into bite-size pieces again.
Then drain enough water and transfer the seaweed soup to a pot to boil.
STEP 5/7
Add 2T of minced garlic, 3T of soy sauce, 2T of sesame oil, and a little bit of tuna can oil and stir-fry it on the heat.
STEP 6/7
Stir-fry it well over the heat and boil it with water soaked in seaweed until the savory smell of sesame oil spreads into the house.
STEP 7/7
When it starts boiling little by little, add tuna and boil it again to complete tuna seaweed soup!!!!!
* If you add too much sesame oil, the taste might get bitter.
* If you put too much soy sauce because it's not seasoned well, the color of the soup may change, so it's good to season it with a pinch of salt.
* Tuna cans are healthier to open and allow sealed air to escape than to use them right away.
