  • Radish

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Make the broth first
You can't leave out radish in the cold soup!
There was green onion root, so I put it in together
If you add dried shiitake or onion together, it will taste deeper, right?

Place fish cake on skewers while boiling stock
STEP 3/6
When the broth is boiling enough, remove all of them and add soy sauce and cooking wine
If you put fish cake in and boil it, it'll get salty, so season it blandly
STEP 4/6
Then add the fish cake and boil it
If the fish cake gets chubby, season it with salt
STEP 5/6
It's the best if you prepare soy sauce to dip!
