How to make Oyster Gratin

  • Milk
    400ml
  • whipped cream
    400ml
  • Butter

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Blanch oysters slightly in boiling water.
If you blanch it too lightly, the oyster may have a lot of fishy taste, so boil it for about 3 minutes. Add lemon juice to make it taste fishy, but I added a teaspoon of vinegar because I don't have lemon juice.
STEP 2/6
Grease a heated pan with olive oil and stir-fry onion -> mushrooms in order.
STEP 3/6
When all the vegetables are stir-fried, add 400ml of milk + 400ml of whipped cream and boil it once and season with salt and pepper!
STEP 4/6
When it boils up, add the boiled oysters and cook them again. That's it!
STEP 5/6
Put it in a microwave bowl, put mozzarella cheese on top, and microwave it for 5 minutes!

The oyster gratin is done!
