Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/9
Place the meat on a kitchen towel and fold the towel and press it with your palm to remove the blood.
STEP 3/9
Make sauce with oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and pepper.
STEP 4/9
Cut vegetables into meat-like sizes and fry vegetables except garlic in a pan heated over medium heat with a little oil to make them semi-transparent.
STEP 5/9
Leave the semi-transparent vegetables aside..
STEP 6/9
Add a spoonful of oil to the pan where the vegetables were being roasted, then add the meat and sliced garlic together and stir-fry over medium heat until the garlic is golden brown.
STEP 7/9
If the garlic is golden, add all the vegetables and stir-fry the onions until they are clear.
STEP 8/9
Then, add the sauce
STEP 9/9
Change the gas heat to high heat and stir-fry it quickly and briefly so that the meat, vegetables, and sauce mix well, and you're done!
- Vegetables can be replaced with carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli with colorful colors. But in the case of broccoli, blanch it once and use it. - The reason for stir-frying meat and vegetables separately is that the two ingredients have different cooking times, so if you stir-fry them together from the beginning, the crunchiness of the vegetables disappears, so the texture is not good. So it's cumbersome, but I'm frying it separately. - Add the sauce at the end and stir-fry it on high heat for a short time because it will make a lot of moisture. If you add the sauce and stir-fry it over high heat for a long time, the sauce may burn.
