- Vegetables can be replaced with carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli with colorful colors. But in the case of broccoli, blanch it once and use it.
- The reason for stir-frying meat and vegetables separately is that the two ingredients have different cooking times, so if you stir-fry them together from the beginning, the crunchiness of the vegetables disappears, so the texture is not good. So it's cumbersome, but I'm frying it separately.
- Add the sauce at the end and stir-fry it on high heat for a short time because it will make a lot of moisture. If you add the sauce and stir-fry it over high heat for a long time, the sauce may burn.
