Fish cake udon
I went to buy fish cake to cook fish cake soup on Saturday.. I can see the udon noodles.. I bought udon noodles for my son who likes udon.. I made a lot of udon. Slurp! (Slurp!! The soup is amazing, too^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Stir-fry anchovies in a dry pan.
It's good that the fishy smell is gone.
STEP 2/8
I prepared 2 pieces of kelp and a tip of shiitake mushroom.

Seasoning... One spoonful of soy sauce.. 2 spoons of katsuo soy sauce.. I added a bit of pepper^^
