citron syrup
I often have a sore throat because I talk a lot because of my job. Especially in winter.. It's good to drink warm water or tea at times like this. I went to the market.. I bought a basket of yuja.^^ How about making citron syrup and a cup of hot tea?

Ingredients
  • Citron
    10ea
  • Sugar
    595g
  • Oligosaccharide
    150g
  • baking soda
    1bowl
  • a thick salt
    1/2bowl
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/22
Please put 10 yuja in a large bowl.

Pour in a bowl of baking soda and rub.

Soak it in water and leave it for about 10 minutes.

Add half a bowl of coarse salt and rub. I don't have thick salt, so I used fine salt.

Cut the citron in half and remove the seeds.
It's convenient if you take it out with a fork.
There are a lot of citron seeds. It's also inside the pulp, so please take it out well.

You can add sugar. I've tried both of them..
Everyone says raw sugar tastes better and is less bad for the body^^)
