I've always liked the combination of tomatoes and curry, but I can't believe I can make and eat curry that tastes so deep with the vegetables from tomatoes!
When I cut the potatoes at home, they were all rotten inside -- I added a lot of onions instead, and even though I cooked it with a slightly spicy curry, it was not spicy at all, sweet, and sour, so it was delicious
I was going to aim for one serving, so I prepared it with the ingredients in the recipe, but with two tomatoes, the soup became a very small curry! If I add 3 tomatoes, I think I can make curry with more soup
