Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Remove the Oreo cream.
STEP 2/13
Place the creamy Oreo in a zipper bag and crush with a rolling pin.
STEP 3/13
In a bowl, beat eggs roughly, then add sugar and mix until smooth.
STEP 4/13
Add melted butter little by little and mix well when using cooking oil.(I used butter because I lacked cooking oil.)
STEP 5/13
Add half powder, half milk, and vanilla extract and mix until no powder is visible.
STEP 6/13
Add crushed Oreos and mix well.
STEP 7/13
Add remaining powder and milk and mix well.
STEP 8/13
The dough is done!
STEP 9/13
Place muffin cups in silver foil cups.
STEP 10/13
I put in Nutella as if I put red bean paste in the steamed bun^^ (You can omit it!)
Place 30 to 40 percent of the dough and add the pre-freezed Nutella (15 to 20 g = about 1 T).(I put in 5g each, but it wasn't enough;;)
STEP 11/13
Fill 70 to 80 percent of the dough.
STEP 12/13
When the water boils hard, steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
STEP 13/13
Be careful when you move the cake because it's hot.
