No oven) Making Tiramisu: Strawberry & Original Half and Half Ti
I made strawberry tiramisu for the strawberry season. It's sad that the original tiramisu doesn't come out, so half and half! Killing two birds with one stone making tiramisu! 21218 square container 1 piece / for 46 people

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Please prepare ladyfinger cookies. Remove mascarpone cheese to room temperature for 30 minutes
STEP 2/17
Prepare espresso syrup and strawberry syrup before making cream. Cut the strawberry syrup into small pieces, then add sugar and mix. For espresso syrup, dissolve sugar in espresso, add water, and cool it down!
STEP 3/17
Place 550g of mascarpone cheese in the first bowl and gently beat with a spatula. Add sugar and mix well
STEP 4/17
You can skip the vanilla bean. Cut the vanilla bean in half and scratch the seeds inside and put them in the batter
STEP 5/17
Mix gently with a whisk.
STEP 6/17
Add the yolk and mix
STEP 7/17
Just add the whipped cream (or whipped cream up to 80%) and mix it to complete the cheese cream!
If you add regular whipped cream, make sure to make it in a container that you can scoop because the cream is watery, and if you add whipped cream, you can use it in a piping bag, so make it according to your situation. (If you make it with whipped cream, cookies and cream are softer overall.)
STEP 8/17
When the cream is ready, prepare strawberry syrup, espresso syrup, desired container, and ladyfinger cookie
STEP 9/17
If the cookie doesn't fit in the container, cut and adjust the length as shown in the picture
STEP 10/17
For the original tiramisu, moisten the ladyfinger cookie in the coffee syrup and put it in a container (moisten each side for 4-5 seconds)
STEP 11/17
On the right is a cookie soaked in coffee syrup!
STEP 12/17
On the other side, moisten the strawberry syrup. (If you make the strawberry syrup in advance, the soup will be moist.) Add the strawberry pieces together
STEP 13/17
Then pour the cream or squeeze it with a piping bag and put on top
(Step 9-12. Repeat steps.)
STEP 14/17
When the container is almost full, let it ripen in the refrigerator for at least an hour (the cream that was watery in the process becomes soft to scoop and the syrup permeates the cookies well!)
After ripening, decorate the side of the strawberry tiramisu with strawberries
STEP 15/17
Sprinkle the decorative snow on top. The original tiramisu on the right
Sprinkle it on the space, too
STEP 16/17
Lastly, cover the strawberry part and sprinkle cocoa powder
It is possible. (Valona cocoa powder is delicious).
And sprinkle cocoa powder as much as possible before eating tiramisu (too early may soak cocoa powder into the cream)
STEP 17/17
Half-and-half tiramisu is done!!!!!
If you want to squeeze cream instead of scoop it up, gently whip the whipped cream 80 to 90 percent and mix it with mascarpone cheese. *Large capacity*, so if fewer people drink it, please mix it in half! Please refer to the blog for more details ^.^ http://blog.naver.com/vitnal_bin/221155861007
