Making Japanese udon with tsuyu
The weather has become quite chilly It's not chilly. Should I say it's very cold Even though I was standing outside for a bit, it was so cold It was hard the time when the children come home I wanted to warm myself up with warm soup So I was thinking about making fish cake for today's snack I'm going to make my daughter's favorite udon I remember the taste I had in Japan

  • Udon noodles

  • dried bonito
    1cup
  • Tzuyu
    3TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • Salt
    1/2TS
  • cooking wine
    1TS
  • leek
  • a crown daisy
  • fish cake
  • Fried tofu
  • Sea tangle
    2piece
  • Depory
    2ea
  • Anchovy
    1/2cup
  • dried shrimp
    1handful
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
For 2 servings, we'll have 2 deporis
Make broth with anchovies, dried shrimp, and kelp
STEP 2/7
After making the broth, add katsuobushi
Make the soup for 10 more minutes
filter out katsuobushi
STEP 3/7
3 tablespoons of tzuyu to make the soup taste better
The seasoning is boring after adding 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
The rest is seasoned with salt
It tastes like the udon soup that we ate deliciously in Japan
When we make seaweed soup or clear soup, the soy sauce is delicious
To make it taste like Japanese udon
I think it's right to put Japanese soy sauce in it. ^^

You can boil fish cake and noodles

Add fish cake and udon and boil it

If you add fried tofu and boil it, it'll be stronger
It tastes like soup
If you add fried tofu, the color of the soup gets murky
It's good to put it in at the end

For my husband who left work a little late today He made udon with the rest of the broth As expected, I've been told many times that it's delicious^^ The udon I had in Japan was made by Tzuyu I think that's the answer There are a lot of recipes for udon The udon recipe made with tsuyu is so good!!!
