STEP 1/10
In Europe, mussels are very messy because they are packaged right away!
So if you scratch the surface of the mussel with a small kitchen knife, it comes off clean!
And remove the mustache on the mussel!
Throw away the mussels that are broken like picture number 4!
The mussel dish is simple, but it takes a lot of time to clean the surface of the mussel walk. It takes about 20 minutes for one person
STEP 2/10
Put salt in a lamb that can hold a clean mussel, pour enough water to soak the mussel, then dilute it with salt and add the mussel and desalinate it for 30 minutes
STEP 3/10
Chop celery, onion, chives, and green onions during the sea time!
I personally didn't like celery, so I didn't put it in, but if you really want to know the taste of Belgian traditional food, please put it in together!
STEP 4/10
Prepare plenty of pots with mussels!
I used a single-serving pot for mussels!
Put all the shredded vegetables in here!
STEP 5/10
Wash the mussels in cold water two more times, then put them in a vegetable pot and add butter, white pepper, and white wine!
STEP 6/10
Next, mix well so that the seasoning and vegetables are evenly cut!
STEP 7/10
For about 15 minutes, marinate all the scents well!
STEP 8/10
Boil the mussels well marinated over medium heat with the lid closed!
STEP 9/10
Lift up the pot and shake it up and down, as in the picture!
When it starts to boil, boil it for another 10 minutes and it's done!
STEP 10/10
Put it in a soup bowl and eat it well!
The pot in the picture is a mussel-only pot. If you go to a Belgian restaurant and order a mussel, that's how it comes out!
The top lid acts as a mussel shell!
It was a Belgian-style homemade meal with fried potatoes and mayonnaise sauce!
It goes well with gray wine, and among white wines, dry taste goes better than sweet taste!
It came from mussels themselves without adding any soup!
Maybe that's why the taste is stronger and the soup is cool!
