Carrot tuna salad. Making crunchy carrot dishes
Carrots are really good for the body, but I don't think there are many recipes made with main side dishes. To be honest, I like raw carrots better than cooked carrots. This is a carrot tuna salad recipe that I made while thinking about what I can cook with raw carrots :)

Ingredients

  • pumpkin seeds

  • Salt

  • Mustard
    1spoon
  • lemon juice
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
You can peel the carrot and chop it with a knife, or you can chop it yourself.
STEP 2/9
Add 1 spoon of salt, mix and pickle the carrots slightly.
STEP 3/9
After 10 minutes, wash the carrot in water, put it on a sieve, remove the water, and put it in a bowl.
STEP 4/9
Prepare tuna by removing fat and chopping onions.
STEP 5/9
Put tuna and onions in a bowl of shredded carrots.
STEP 6/9
Add 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide and a little pepper and mix.
STEP 7/9
I thought it would be healthier if I added nuts while mixing it, so I took out pumpkin seeds and mixed them.
I think it would be really good to add peanuts, walnuts, and almonds

Carrot tuna salad, a simple home side dish, is completed today as well. :)

The crunchy carrot, lemon juice, and mustard made the sauce refreshing. Besides, it has tuna in it, so it can't be tasteless!!
I think it would be pretty good if you put it in the morning bread and make a sandwich!!
