How to make braised chicken bong and braised chicken soy sauce!
Last time, I bought a chicken stick and put it in the freezer and defrosted it over the weekend to make it braised. It's salty and delicious when you eat it with braised soy sauce. The soy sauce is made with braised chicken wings sauce for Baekjubu. The ingredients are simple and delicious. Spicy, salty, and sweet braised chicken with cheongyang pepper! Let's make braised chicken bong, which is perfect as a side dish for rice (For the sauce, I referred to Baek Ju-bu's recipe.) I made it with less sauce because I have more sauce than chicken bong.

  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar
    1/2cup
  • cooking wine

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please wash the chicken stick clean and prepare it.
STEP 2/7
Put 400g of chicken stick and 1 cup of water in a pot.
STEP 3/7
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine each.
(I reduced the amount of water, soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine due to the low amount of chicken sticks.)
STEP 4/7
Add green onion and ginger and bring to a boil.
Boil the chicken until it is lightly browned with seasoning.
(If you add ginger, it catches the smell of chicken.)
STEP 5/7
When the sauce is reduced, take out the green onions and ginger,
STEP 6/7
Add 1 cheongyang pepper and boil it down.
Remove from heat when soy sauce permeates the chicken well, turning dark brown and glossy.
STEP 7/7
I think it's even more delicious because it's spicy because I added Cheongyang red pepper.
If you like spicy food, increase the amount of hot pepper,
