STEP 1/20
Please prepare the ingredients!
STEP 2/20
I'll make the ranch sauce first.
1 teaspoon yogurt and 1 teaspoon cream cheese
STEP 3/20
2 pinch of garlic powder, 1t of chopped onion
STEP 4/20
Add 2 pinch of parsley powder and 2 pinch of salt and mix well.
STEP 5/20
Cut tomatoes and onions in opposite directions so that they come out in a circular shape.
STEP 6/20
Spread it out like a fan after removing seeds and skin like a fan
STEP 7/20
Add 1 tsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and spread evenly.
STEP 8/20
Place 1/3 teaspoon butter in low heat pan and bake hamburger bread for about 1 minute
STEP 9/20
Remove the golden brown bread for a while, then heat it over medium heat and cover with 1 spoon of oil.
STEP 10/20
When the heat rises, bake the patties and onions for 30 seconds to golden brown.
STEP 11/20
Melt 1/3 teaspoon of butter to flavor the golden brown patties.
STEP 12/20
Place grilled onions on top of well-cooked patties
STEP 13/20
Place a slice of cheese on top.
STEP 14/20
After closing the cover, when the cheese melts and covers the patty, turn off the heat and leave it in the residual heat for a while.
STEP 15/20
Spread 1 tsp of the ranch sauce evenly on the bottom bread.
STEP 16/20
Bring the patty + onion + cheese from the pan and add the sliced tomatoes.
STEP 17/20
Please add a piece of Romaine lettuce
STEP 18/20
Add the olive oiled avocado on top.
STEP 19/20
Spread the ranch sauce one more time, and cover it with bread.
STEP 20/20
Please press it a little bit.
Patty and avocado are thick, so the burger can get bigger. It's good to put several pieces of ingredients as thin as possible.
To make dripping ranch sauce, please increase the amount of yogurt :)
