Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu into rectangular shapes, onions into smaller pieces than tofu, and cheongyang peppers in half.
STEP 2/5
Cut the cabbage into 2*2cm pieces and prepare it.
STEP 3/5
Put all the ingredients in the pot. Now, close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat and low for more than 25 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Lastly, add tofu, perilla powder, and minced garlic and boil it for 10 more minutes.
STEP 5/5
When boiling again, the amount may decrease and be salty, so add more water and bring to a boil.
