Cut the cabbage with a chopping knife
Put cabbage in a strainer and shake it in cold water to remove the water
Cut off the bottom of the oyster mushroom and tear it into thin strips with your hands
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. (Potatoes taste good when you put them in^^)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, break an egg, and add a little salt
Add flour, mix it well, and knead it little by little by little by little

Cut the bacon into small pieces
Put udon noodles in a pan, pour water, boil it, and rinse it in cold water
Put the udon noodles back in the pan and stir-fry the bacon together
Add a lot of sauce and stir-fry it together

Grease a frying pan and spread the batter thinly and make a circle
Put the fried udon noodles on top of the batter and flip it over using two spatula
I'm going to press it down and cook the udon noodles

Heat the iron pan in advance (you can just put it on a plate)
Put it on a cast iron pan and sprinkle plenty of okonomiyaki sauce
Sprinkle a lot of parsley powder and mayonnaise
Lastly, add a lot of katsuobushi

In fact, Japanese Okonomiyaki has fried udonYes. (I haven't tried it...)
I stir-fried udon noodles in tsuyu sauce, and it's delicious in itself, but it's even more delicious with okonomiyaki sauce
The udon noodles kept grilling and getting hot, so it was very good
You can enjoy a different taste from the regular okonomiyaki^^
If you have enough stir-fried udon, make a new dish with okonomiyaki and enjoy it
