Place water in a pot, add salt and vinegar, and boil the eggs for 17 minutes.

Chop the onion and cucumber pickles finely. After marinating onions in salt water, squeeze the water out using cotton cloth.

Parsley is made from parsley powder.

After cooling the boiled egg in cold water, remove the shell, separate the yolk from the white, finely chop the white, and lower the yolk on a sieve.

Put 1T of minced parchment, 1t of minced cucumber pickle, 1t of white, 1t of yolk, and a little parsley in a bowl and mix with 5T of mayonnaise, 2t of lemon juice, salt and white pepper powder.

Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder on the finished sauce.
Adjust the concentration to the extent that the sauce drips slowly and drain the vegetables well.
