    300g
  • brewed soy sauce
    little
  • Wasabi
    little
  • Salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
First, I'll prepare buckwheat flour
STEP 2/11
Put 300g of 3 servings in a bowl and add a little salt
STEP 3/11
Pour hot water to make the dough.
STEP 4/11
I'll knead it
STEP 5/11
Get plastic surgery into the shape you want and prepare it
STEP 6/11
When the water boils, boil the prepared soba well until it floats on the water.
STEP 7/11
I'll put the finished soba on the plate
STEP 8/11
Prepare sobagaki, brewed soy sauce (sashimi soy sauce) and wasabi (raw).
STEP 9/11
Cut it into the right size
STEP 10/11
I'll open up some raw wasabi
STEP 11/11
If you put wasabi on the sobagaki and dip it in soy sauce, it is a savory sobagaki that smells like buckwheat in your mouth.
You can get good buckwheat powder with a strong scent of buckwheat and eat it with raw wasabi to feel a better flavor. http://blog.naver.com/imsckim/220607178177
