STEP 1/6
The bean sprouts were washed clean, the dying vegetables were crushed in the refrigerator, cold rice was prepared, and the chicken was prepared with chicken leg meat. (Chicken breast is okay, too)

Put cooking oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken first

Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry them
STEP 4/6
Half a spoon of oyster sauce and 1 spoon of soy sauce
STEP 5/6
Add cold rice and stir-fry.
STEP 6/6
Season with salt and pepper, add bean sprouts at the end and stir-fry over high heat.
When I thought about it while eating deliciously, I imagined that if I had stir-fried eggs and added whipped sauce instead of oyster sauce, it would be kaopat (Thai-style fried rice). I'll try that next time!!!!
