First, mince the shrimp and chop the onion and carrot. You can just put in shrimp, and it tastes better if you chop up vegetables like me and put them together :)

Put the minced vegetables and shrimp in a bowl, add 1 egg, 2 spoons of flour, and add a little bit of pepper and cheongju. If you don't add flour, the shrimp gets tough and doesn't clump together.There's no fixed amount of shrimp, put it in as it's ready, and if the dough doesn't clump together and if it's hard, add more flour and breadcrumbs, it'll clump better than before!

And I was going to coat it with flour, eggs, bread crumbs..The dough is too thick _ I just put bread crumbs on it, but it's okay enough with flour and eggs inside! For your information, it's really hard to make a bunch of shrimp. I think I can make hamburger meat patty with my eyes closed now[Laughing]After

Then, put it on an oiled pan and bake it until it is golden brown. When it's baked, it's less mushy and crispy!

And in the meantime, make shrimp burger sauce to put on the bread! Mayonnaise: Mustard Sauce: Wasabi 3:1:0.5

Hamburger bread tastes better if you grill it back and forth in a pan without adding oil

Spread the sauce you made a while ago on the bread.

Shrimp burgers were lettuce! But instead of cabbage at home! As expected, cabbage is ketchup, so I sprinkled it on top, and it tastes more greasy because it has a little ketchup in it. :) Put lettuce or cabbage on top of bread and put shrimp patty on top
