STEP 1/13
First, I'll grind the dried shrimp.
STEP 2/13
I prepared the ingredients like this. I use vegetables that are small amount of vegetables ^^
STEP 3/13
Chop the green onions and garlic, and chop the rest of the ingredients into small pieces.
STEP 4/13
Place pan over medium heat and cover with 2 spoons of oil. I'll stir-fry chopped green onions and garlic first
STEP 5/13
When green onions and garlic are browned, stir-fry 1 spoon of dried shrimp powder.
STEP 6/13
Stir-fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then stir-fry the rest of the vegetables.
STEP 7/13
Push the stir-fried vegetables to one side and let the pan with the ingredients out of the fire slightly. Break an egg into an empty space.
STEP 8/13
Wait for about 5 seconds and stir-fry the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry with other ingredients.
STEP 9/13
Put about two-thirds of the rice bowl and add it to the pan. Use a wooden spatula or fritter tender to loosen the rice grains.
STEP 10/13
Place 1/2 spoon of soy sauce on edge of well-fried rice. Wait about 5 seconds and stir-fry with other ingredients.
STEP 11/13
Lastly, taste it, adjust the lack of salt, and remove from the heat. Add 3 drops of sesame oil
STEP 12/13
Mix it well and finish cooking!
STEP 13/13
It tastes better with a refreshing tofu kimchi soup!
Like the last picture, it would taste better if you eat cold kimchi soup together. In the next recipe, I'll make tofu kimchi soup, which is made with dried beef broth!
