STEP 1/14
Prepare the ingredients.
Please prepare the garlic by slicing it on the side.
STEP 2/14
Cut the seaweed and soak it in water
STEP 3/14
Frozen seafood is defrosted in cold water.
STEP 4/14
First, put about half a spoonful of salt in a pot for boiling noodles, and boil it.
STEP 5/14
When the water boils, add the noodles and press lightly so that the whole noodles are soaked in water. Use a timer to set the time when it ripens.
STEP 6/14
Drain well-boiled noodles in a sieve, add 1 spoon of olive oil and mix well.
STEP 7/14
I'll stir-fry the ingredients now. Place 1 spoon of olive oil on a medium heat pan and stir-fry sliced garlic first.
STEP 8/14
When the garlic scent is full, add drained seafood and add 1 spoon of cooking wine or white wine to remove the smell.
STEP 9/14
When the color and shape of the seafood change as it is fried, add the dried seaweed.
STEP 10/14
Stir-fry it with a bit of moisture
STEP 11/14
Add the noodles to the pan that you stir-fry for about a minute.
STEP 12/14
If you like oily pasta, add more olive oil like me
STEP 13/14
Stir-fry all ingredients to mix and remove from heat.
STEP 14/14
Put it in a bowl and add 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese powder to complete the dish!
If you cut Cheongyang red pepper or stir-fry pepperoncino's spicy taste to soak into olive oil, you can taste spicy oil pasta that suits Korean taste ^^
