STEP 1/9
First, cut off both ends of the onion and peel off the outer skin.
I think you can cut it into a ring shape and about 1 to 1.5cm thick.
STEP 2/9
We will only use large and medium rings for onions.
(Put the rest in side dishes, soup, or fried rice.) (laughsighs)
Rinse the onion rings slightly in water.
That way, it'll get on well when you put frying powder on it.
STEP 3/9
Add 1 small spoon of crushed garlic and pepper to the frying powder and mix well.
Add 3 eggs and 1 glass of milk (soju cup) and mix them well.
If the bread crumbs are ready, let's officially start making fried onions!
**
Minced garlic is made from clean and domestic garlic without moisture.
If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in ^^

STEP 4/9
For slightly wet onion rings, coat them evenly in the order of frying powder egg water bread crumbs.
STEP 5/9
Dip it in the preheated frying oil over medium heat and fry it until it's golden brown!
If you fry it for too long, it may burn, so take it out between golden brown and brown.
STEP 6/9
Place the golden onion rings on top of the kitchen towel for a while to drain the oil.
STEP 7/9
And then dip it in fresh ketchup and eat it deliciously :)
STEP 8/9
You have to eat fried food as soon as you make it.
STEP 9/9
Onion ring tastes better with ketchup
I should make it more often from now on
It would taste better if you mix curry powder or red pepper powder with fried powder, right? ^^
I'm going to eat it with my child, so I only added a little bit of minced garlic and pepper.
