STEP 1/6
Measure all ingredients except whipped cream in a large pot and bring to a boil
(Except for trimolyn only)
STEP 2/6
When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes
(If you have a thermometer, turn off the light at 130 degrees.)
STEP 3/6
Turn off the heat and add trimolyn (I replaced it with starch syrup)
STEP 4/6
Place vinyl on a suitable mold or tray and pour boiling ingredients to cool
STEP 5/6
When it's cooled down, grease the knife and cut it into bite-sized pieces and dry it slightly
(That way, they don't get tangled up when wrapping.)
STEP 6/6
Sweet and sour raspberry caramel is complete
It didn't burn even if you boil it without stirring using a pot and induction, but you have to keep stirring when using the gas stove to prevent the floor won't burn
