French onion soup, French health food that reminds you of cold d
French people eat onion soup to prevent colds on cold days ^^ Also, thanks to the salty broth, they eat it for hangover hangover :) We like it with mozzarella cheese and bread in salty soup, but we will make it a dish suitable for cold winter. It's also good to eat with steak on Christmas!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Melt 1 spoonful of butter in a heated pot or deep pan.
STEP 2/13
Add 1 chopped onion to melted butter, add a little more olive oil and stir-fry together.
STEP 3/13
Stir-fry onion until caramelized for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 4/13
Quickly add 1 spoon of flour and mix,
STEP 5/13
Add 70ml of red wine and stir-fry until thick.
If you don't have red wine, white wine is good, but if you add red wine, you can feel a deeper flavor.
STEP 6/13
Add 400ml of chicken broth.
I made it with a piece of chicken stock, but if you don't have chicken stock, you can use it as a boiled chicken breast stock.
STEP 7/13
Chicken stock is perfect for seasoning, but if you make it with boiled chicken broth, boil it with pepper or salt.
STEP 8/13
Put baguette bread on the onion soup in the oven container
STEP 9/13
Sprinkle cheese on top. If you like cheese, please sprinkle a lot. And it would be nice to sprinkle parsley powder, right?
STEP 10/13
Heat to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
STEP 11/13
French onion soup complete ^^
I have to fill it up with cheese, but I didn't like the greasy taste, so I put in enough. If you like cheese, fill it up.
STEP 12/13
Onion soup, which is eaten with cheese on garlic bread, is said to be a staple food and snack for French families. I like the flavor that goes with cheese^^
STEP 13/13
The sweet taste of stir-fried onions is added to create a strange combination of flavors, and salty tastes suit my taste.
If you don't have red wine, you can add white wine, or if you like cheese, please add a lot. If you have an oven soup container, make it with one serving. I made two servings in a gratin container.
