STEP 2/8
- Making broth -
Add all the ingredients and boil over high heat
scooping up the bubbles
After 10 minutes, turn it down to medium heat and put the lid on
Replenish boiled water after 5 minutes
(Up to the first boiling point..)
When it boils, turn off the heat and take out the ingredients
The broth is done

- Making a meatball -
+ Crush shrimp with the back of a knife
mince with a mashed shrimp knife
Add salt
Add glutinous rice flour
(Instead, flour and starch can be used)

Making shapes by material
Tip. It sticks to your hands, so make it with a little bit of cooking oil or water.

Wanja hot pot is the size of a ping pong ball
Shrimp cutlet is palm size
Half size table tennis ball for wonjatang noodles

Put the shrimp cutlet patty evenly in the order of flour, well-mixed eggs, and bread crumbs

Boil the meatballs in the broth

Tip. When the meatballs are cooked, they float up.

1. The broth is for 2 servings, and shrimp meatballs are for 4 servings. You can defrost the dough or cooked meatballs in the freezer.
2. Shrimp cutlet patties can also be coated with flour, eggs, and bread crumbs, put in the freezer, or made into small sizes.
3. The salt of the dough is a spoonful of coffee. If you put it in a large amount, it's salty!!!!
