STEP 1/11
Please make anchovy broth.
Stir-fry anchovies in a heated pan and blow away the fishy smell..
STEP 2/11
I put in kelp and shiitake mushrooms.
There's no shiitake tap, so you can skip it.
I put it in because it was in the freezer.
STEP 3/11
Add 4 cups water and bring to a boil over high heat.
When it boils, turn it down to low heat..
STEP 4/11
Take out the kelp in about 5 minutes.
I think I boiled it for about 10 more minutes.
STEP 5/11
Add 2 cups of broth, 3/4 cups of soy sauce, 1/4 cups of cooking wine, 2/3 green onions, 1 onion and 15 garlic and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 6/11
Turn it down to low heat when it boils.
STEP 7/11
I boiled it on low heat for about 20 minutes.
STEP 8/11
Cut the seaweed, please.
I cut it into eight pieces.
Fold it in half... Fold it in half.. Fold it in half
STEP 9/11
Let's cool down the soy sauce. I put in about 7 spoons of sesame.
It's a hassle to break it in between..
It's convenient to put sesame seeds in soy sauce.
STEP 10/11
Hold about 5 sheets of dried seaweed and soak it in soy sauce before taking it out.
The seaweed absorbs the soy sauce.
It's even better if you change seats.
STEP 11/11
It's a delicacy when you wrap it with rice^^
I recommend gimbap laver!!!
The market said we could use traditional laver..
It's traditional seaweed and then it's ruined.crying
I was surprised that the seaweed turned purple.
The rice turns purplecrying
It wasn't like this last time..
So I bought gimbap laver and tried it again!!
It turned out well black!!!Hahaha
Hold it tight!! Make it Kimbap Kim!!!
