STEP 1/8
Wash the kkari peppers clean, cut the big ones in half, and make a hole in the small ones. That's how the sauce seeps in well!
STEP 2/8
Put 2.5 handfuls of anchovies in a dry frying pan and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 3/8
Sift out the anchovy powder. This process is not necessary but can be omitted, but it's good to get rid of the fishy taste.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry the chopped peppers in an oiled pan. Stir-fry it until it's glossy
STEP 5/8
Add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 5 spoons of water and boil it down so that the seasoning is well cut into the kkari peppers.
STEP 6/8
When it's boiled down to a certain extent, add anchovies and stir-fry 1 spoon of soy sauce and 2 spoons of oligosaccharide. Add a little more soy sauce to match the lack of seasoning.
STEP 7/8
When it's cooked to make it glossy, sprinkle sesame seeds and finish!!
STEP 8/8
Stir-fried anchovies with chili pepper is done! I didn't add garlic because it smelled a bit spicy.
If you want a more salty pepper seasoning, salt it before cooking.
