STEP 1/16
Cut onions, carrots, and spam into small pieces for fried rice.
Arancini is made with raw rice, butter, and white wine, but I'll make it with cooked rice.
STEP 2/16
Grease a heated frying pan and stir-fry onions, carrots, and spam until lightly cooked.
STEP 3/16
Add a bowl of rice, season it with pepper and salt, and stir-fry it well.
STEP 4/16
Add 1/2 cup milk and 1 slice of cheese when stir-fried well with rice. The reason for adding cheese is to make a circle using viscosity.
STEP 5/16
If there is no water and it seems to clump well, turn off the heat and cool it down.
STEP 6/16
When the rice cools down, add 1/4 of the stick-type mozzarella cheese to the flat rice and cover it to make it round!
Stick-type mozzarella is convenient, but if you don't have it, you can use pizza cheese.
STEP 7/16
Ta-da! Make a circle! Done! I made it with 6 :)
STEP 8/16
I'm going to coat it with flour.
STEP 9/16
I'll put on egg clothes.
STEP 10/16
Put some frying powder on it.
STEP 11/16
Pour half of the oil into the frying pan and fry it while rolling it ^^
STEP 12/16
Well fried Aranchini!
STEP 13/16
Place tomato sauce on a plate to match Italian food and top with Arancini.
STEP 14/16
Arancini, a traditional Italian Sicilian dish, has been completed :)
STEP 15/16
If you cut it in half with a crunching sound, there's cheese in it.
Add as much cheese as you like!
STEP 16/16
Arancini alone can be bland, so it's good to go with tomato sauce! I think cream pasta sauce would be good to your liking it :)
If you make it like this, there's no failure! I made 6 for 2 people, but if you want 4 people, you can prepare 2 times and make it.
